While traveling from New Hampshire to Arizona I had a flat on my trailer. I was waiting in the rain on the side of I-44 for roadside assistance to arrive to fix the tire when Stop-N-Shop Towing stopped and offered to change the tire for me. Not only did they change the tire but they took me back to their shop and put a new tire on at a very reasonable price. This kind of service is priceless and I highly recommend them!

I would give these guys my HIGHEST recommendation possible -- 100 stars if possible. After 18 hours of trying to get a tow with other companies, this team stepped in and were the heroes of a situation they had no part of, and could have easily walked away. So professional, so caring, and truly saved our day. I only wish they were in Minnesota all the time. I would call them for any towing need. I cannot say enough positive things about them. We had a blow out after midnight in Springfield Mo, several calls and stops nothing ,I Google and get shop and stop towing I call the owner answers who is out of town (unbelievable) he calls his driver who has gone above and beyond to get us on the road . Had a disagreement with a deer at 70mph on I-44. I'd say we were both losers. Fortunately neither my wife or I were seriously injured. Car has now been totaled. Stop and Shop was called and were there in record time. Got us loaded and out of harms way. Here's the above and beyond in a shortened version. He helped us with the insurance and totally handled his part of coordinating with the insurance. Insurance told us there was a rental waiting for us in Springfield. Doug, the owner, took us to Springfield (40 miles) to the rental car place. Our "reserved' car wasn't available until 3 days later. None to be found in Springfield. He then had the good idea of going to UHaul to try and rent a pickup,last one was rented just as we walked in the door. Doug then offered to take us all the way to Branson if we wanted. By that time we were ready to just go back home. Doug took us back to Mt Vernon, got us settled in a motel and we called my brother to come pick us (from OKC). Doug has since found and mailed my prescription sunglasses back to me. A ruined vacation but a great affirmation that there are good people willing to go above and beyond. Thank you Doug and Stop & Shop towing. If there were a higher star I would mark it.

I was on my way to Springfield and my timing belt snapped. These guys came and got me. They even dropped my car off at the mechanic to be fixed. I highly recommend these guys. They were there within 20 minutes and were very professional.

I locked myself out of my car and they came to Aurora which is 16 miles away to get me in my car. I was tired and just wanted to get home. They wetter there in 15 minutes. Thanks!

I found myself on the side of the road in a snow storm. My insurance company told me there were " no tow companies available in the state of Missouri".... Stop - N -Shop Towing isn't just a towing company though and as they were helping another motorist, they saw me and offered to assist.

After hooking up my vehicle they gave me a ride to a nearby hotel, ensured I had the proper contact information, food, and stayed in contact with me during the entire process. This is all while assisting numerous motorist throughout the night. The team was kind and professional beyond belief. The prices were fair and they could of easily charged me more. What a great company and I would recommend them to absolutely anyone.
